Is it still a "foster fail" if the foster comes back to you?

In the foster world, I'd call that a foster kitty lottery win. As an expert of all things feline related, here at the I Can Has Headquarters, we pride ourselves on our ability to call out the pawrticularly special cat tales. Oftentimes, a cat will burrow their way into your heart—as all cats do—but it's not every day that we see a feline bailing on their foster placement so they can be returned to their foster mama instead.

  • anon_liz OP. I think so! We got so many snuggles when we went to see him at the shelter. But the volunteers were saying that he was a very outgoing guy from the start so I think it's just his nature to be a sweetheart.
